Part of our cultural training introduced us to the time-honored tradition of bargaining in the market. And we learned that some items have fixed prices, others are subject to outrageous haggling. Fortunately, we have found that vendors in the food market are very "straight" and honest about the quality and price of their wares. We wish the produce in the US was as fresh and local as it is in Morocco!
