We have been exploring our town for the past month, and most days provide some visual surprises. The wagon depicted here appears to be recycling plastic cooking-oil jugs. We have not seen any official recycling, but much of it gets accomplished by ingenious enterprise. An example is that these hand-carts effectively utilize cast-off motorcycle wheels.
